Hays - Rabbits and Dwarf Rabbits
The Rabbit belongs to the Lagomorph family and is a so-called restrict herbivore.
Its diet in nature is based on green and fresh herbs while in its domestic form the main food is hay. To compensate for hydration, it is good to always make clean water available and prepare them fresh vegetables, carefully washed and well dried. The hay also favors the abrasion of the teeth, which never stop growing in these little furry ones. Fortified Foods, also known as pellets or feeds, are a good addition to their diet, complemented by a few pieces of fruit, of which they are greedy, but always in moderation to avoid the onset of diseases.
Absolutely to avoid carbohydrates.
