Introduction
These general terms and conditions of sale have as their object the purchase of products made through e-commerce using the website www.abunnyboutique.com owned by Calderone Carmelo Antonio Franco with registered office in Via Cesare Battisti 56 – 98046 Santa Lucia del Mela (ME) Italy, Tax Code CLDCML77R04F206Q and VAT number 03669090833, PEC calderonecarmeloaf@pec.it hereinafter referred to as the “Ownership”.
The reference laws concerning every aspect of the purchase, from the regulation of personal data to the conclusion, are the D. Lgs. 185/99, the D. Lgs. 206/05, the art. 12 of D. Lgs. 70/03 and the D. Lgs. 196/03.
The Buyer, in the process of completing the order, declares to have read these general terms and conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of art. 3 and 4 of D. Lgs. 185/1999 on e-commerce selling.
Use of the website
The Buyer can execute orders either by registering his own account, complete with all useful and necessary information, or without any registration, by entering the data necessary to finalize the process. In both cases, the responsibility for the correctness and truthfulness of the data entered, as well as the correct use of the website is the sole responsibility of the Buyer, relieving the Ownership of any responsibility for incorrect use.
The Buyer who creates his account by registering on the site, will be able to modify any part of it through the appropriate Account section. Registration is free and is confirmed by e-mail. Any cancellation of the account can be requested by e-mail to info@abunnyboutique.com.
Products and orders
The Buyer can only purchase the products visible on the website, the prices of which are inclusive of statutory VAT and are subject to their availability. The image of a product may not reflect the product itself in size, color, errors or other characteristics, without prejudice to the correctness of the information in the description. The changes to the prices displayed cancel and replace the previous ones, including on any brochures, offers or advertising material.
The payment methods accepted are exclusively electronic, by credit cards with third-party services that guarantee the security of transactions and by bank transfer. The payment of an order is always in advance.
Each order correctly entered on the website will be confirmed in an acceptance e-mail containing all the details of the same.
For any reason and at the sole discretion of the Website Ownership, an order can be refused and / or canceled, by e-mail communication to the Customer, without any right of damages or compensation for the Buyer, except for any amount already paid that will be returned. In case of release of the electronic payment amount, the return times depend exclusively on the banking system. The Buyer can request the return by bank transfer by communicating all the necessary data to the e-mail address info@abunnyboutique.com.
In the event that the Buyer cancels an order that has already been shipped, the same must refuse delivery or in any case return the goods to the Ownership which, once the integrity of the returned goods has been ascertained, will refund the amount of the order. excluding shipping costs, both for sending and returning to the sender, always charged to the Buyer, even if you take advantage of promotions or the amount of the order involves free shipping. In the latter case, the same rate reserved by the courier to the Ownership will be applied.
No responsibility can be attributed to the Ownership in case of delay in order fulfillment or delay in delivery, in case of loss of the package or part of its contents after delivery to the courier of the shipment. During the delivery of the order, the Buyer is required to check that the number of packages is correct, that the packaging is intact and not damaged. Any damage or incongruity must be immediately reported to the courier as the Ownership is not responsible for any damage to the goods or loss of the same due to transport. Failure to contest a delivery constitutes acceptance of the delivery.
Any inconsistencies, in terms of quantity, integrity or correspondence between the goods ordered and the one received, must be communicated within 24 hours of receipt to the e-mail address info@abunnyboutique.com.
The website www.abunnyboutique.com accepts orders only from the EU area.
The transport costs for each order will be clearly specified in the final phase of the order, before completion and payment.
The shipment will take place by express courier.
The option of picking up the goods at the headquarters of the Ownership is subject to an appointment to be agreed with the Buyer when he is notified that the same will be ready for collection.
Withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 52 and following of D. Lgs. 206/05, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the goods ordered on www.abunnyboutique.com, for any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods and without prejudice to the integrity of the products.
The right of withdrawal does not include shipping costs because shipping is an added service and therefore non-refundable, even if the Buyer takes advantage of promotions or the amount of the order involves free shipping. In the latter case, the same rate reserved by the courier to the Ownership will be applied.

The products to be returned must be shipped carriage paid, i.e. with payment of the transport paid by the sender, by a transporter or courier chosen by the Buyer, with all the necessary guarantees so that the products return to the Ownership in perfect condition, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The Buyer will be reimbursed with the same payment method used in the order or by bank transfer, following verification by the Ownership of the integrity of the returned products. If one or more returned products are found to be damaged, used, damaged, or without the original packaging, the Ownership reserves the right not to reimburse it or to return it at the expense of the Customer with an increase in transport costs.

Jurisdiction
For the solution of civil and criminal disputes, the territorial competence is exclusively that of the Barcelona P.G. (ME) Italy Court.
