PSITTACUS Parrot Hand Feeding 1 kg

A versatile formula for hand-rearing parrot species that do not necessarily require specific diets. It was specifically designed for use in multispecies flocks, where it is difficult to work with different specific formulations.
It contains high oleic oil, stable and suited to their needs. It also contains papaya, which aids digestive transit.
This is a follow-on food, so it is not suitable for feeding before the second week of life. In younger specimens, it is essential to use feed for the first age such as crop milk for granivorous psittacines (newly hatched) or Pastoncino Neonatal for granivorous psittacines (depending on the age of the chick).
It is recommended to prepare the soft food with warm water and a solids concentration of approximately 25%. It is recommended to feed it to the chick via a soft tube.
During the chick’s development, it should be gradually replaced with Omega or High Protein Breeding.
