This product is suitable for species that in nature consume a wide variety of fruits and seeds with a low or moderate level of fat (Amazona, Cacatua, Psittacula, Pionus).
It is formulated for the reproductive inactivity phase. Its composition allows you to comfortably cover your parrot’s nutritional needs during these periods.
This food is formulated to cover 100% of your parrot’s dietary needs. Other foods such as fruits and vegetables can be added to provide variety to the diet, as long as the high protein content is at least 70% of the total.
Daily intake varies between 5 and 15% of the animal’s weight. Medium-sized species (e.g. the blue-fronted amazon) consume about 20-40 grams per day.
