PSITTACUS Vitamin-Mineral Supplement 700 g

Vitamin-Mineral Supplement is a complementary product for seed-eating psittacines.
It has been designed to correct vitamin, mineral and trace element deficiencies typical of seed mixes. It is a powdered product that has been designed to be added to the wet mix of sprouts, cooked foods, fruits and vegetables.
It is necessary that the complement can adhere to the food. Before or during the mixing process, it should be sprinkled on the wet ingredients of the diet (sprouts, cooked foods, fruits, and vegetables) or on the entire diet if it contains wet ingredients.
In animals whose diet is mixed and contains a greater or lesser proportion of complete food, it is recommended to limit the use of Vitamin-Mineral Supplement to a sufficient proportion to nutritionally correct the percentage of the diet corresponding to seeds.
A dose of 4% should be used, calculated on the dry weight of the unbalanced portion of the diet (seeds, sprouts, fruits, and vegetables). For example, 1 kg of fruit should be supplemented with 2 g of Vitamin-Mineral Supplement, while 1 kg of seeds should be supplemented with 36 g of Vitamin-Mineral Supplement.
